Peer-review process
The ITC&DC conferences value the peer-review process as the soul of any scientific publishing. As part of our commitment to protecting the integrity of the scholarly records, the ITC&DC International Scientific/Programme Committee each year takes serious obligation to review all aspects of research and publishing ethics. All the papers presented in the Books of Proceedings of the ITC&DC conference have been reviewed and approved by International Review Committee.
Every manuscript submitted to the ITC&DC Book of proceedings will passes through initial editor's evaluation. The second step is to identify any potential plagiarism before being reviewed by reviewers. Plagiarism scanning will be conducted as third step of reviewing process. Fourth step is to send manuscript to at least two anonymous reviewers (Double Blind Review). Reviewers' comment is also sent anonymously to the corresponding author to take the necessary actions and responses. The final decision on publications is mutual agreement made by the Editorial Team and the suggestions proposed by the reviewers.
Plagiarism & citation check
All manuscripts applied for consideration to be published at ITC&DC Books of Proceedings are screened for plagiarism within the editorial system. Editors may also choose to run a similarity report at any other point during the review process or post-publication using the plagiarism check tools.
By submitting their manuscripts to the ITC&DC Books of Proceedings, the authors acknowledge that their manuscript are an original, unpublished work and not under consideration elsewhere. In order to ensure the quality and avoid similarity of the content, every paper will be checked for plagiarism.
