Numerous respected scientists, young researchers and experts from 38 countries all over the world took part in our ten ITC&DC conferences (http://itcdc.ttf.unizg.hr). It testifies the conference has gained a kind of a tradition and has become an important factor in further development of textile science, the profession in general as well as in higher education in the fields of textiles, textile and garment technologies, fashion, design and marketing. ITC&DC has been organised for the past twenty-two years by the University of Zagreb, Faculty of Textile Technology, with the idea to transform our decades of experience in the university education and scientific research in the fields of textile and garment technologies, fashion design and marketing, into a successful and traditional conference.

We believe in the success of this year conference based on the successful organisation of ten previous conferences, held biannually since 2002. We are proud that the 11^th ITC&DC 2024 is one of the most important conferences in the scientific field of textile and clothing technologies, fashion design and marketing. The eleventh Conference will again try to present and exchange knowledge, experience, results and information related to the most recent scientific achievements in the field of textile and garment technologies, fashion design and marketing, as well as sustainability of textile products and processes. We are certain we shall succeed this time again and offer hospitality to the textile world and we are looking forward to your valuable contributions to the "Magic World of Textiles".

The Conference is planned to deal with the following research fields:

5. design and marketing of textile and clothing
6. sustainable textile products and processes
