● Registration fee for individual authors (both regular participants and young scientists) include access to all sessions, conference proceedings and materials, welcome cocktail, conference lunches (2), refreshments at conference coffee breaks, official ITC&DC excursion and ticket for a concert.
Registration fees for accompanying persons includes admission to all sessions, welcome cocktail, conference lunches (2), refreshments at conference coffee breaks, official ITC&DC excursion and ticket for a concert.
● ITC&DC excursion for the authors and accompanying person will be organised on October 6th 2004. Would you please include the excursion into your plans!
Conference dinner will be organised on October 5th at 20,00 in the restaurant of Gradska kavana (in the Old city of Dubrovnik) and are not included in registration fees.
● Special social programme can be organised parallel to the Conference (depending upon the number of potential participants) including:
| • city sightseeing tour and panorama of the old part of Dubrovnik (2 hours) |
| • half-day trip to Trsteno |
| • half-day trip to Konavle, visiting local museum |
● You can register for the social programme when you settle your official registration at the information desk.
We would be obliged if you could, to facilitate the 2nd ITC&DC 2004 organisation, fill in the Conference registration form (CRF) attached and send it back to the organiser until June 30th 2004.
Each regular participant and young scientist should fill in conference registration form personally. |
